The Fitness Shop works hard to ensure that we offer the best prices on the equipment we stock, but this is not always possible, so we offer a Price Match Guarantee for certain products that we know have a price that moves up or down in the market.

Our Price Match Guarantee is straightforward – if you find a better price on a particular item from an authorised distributor that is in stock and adheres to the conditions below, we’ll match it.

Price Match Guarantee conditions:

• The products must be identical – brand, model, and stock.
• We must be able to verify other price. This can be via a URL or a PDF quote. Quotes in WORD or email are not accepted.
• Price match requests cannot be retrospective – they must be made at the time of purchase.
• It does not extend to online auction offers (like eBay), refurbished, factory seconds, used products, or resellers.
• Any offer The Fitness Shop makes to price match a competitor is valid for 24 hours only.
• The Price Match Guarantee does not apply to obvious pricing errors or clearance/close-out items.
• We will consider the added delivery cost when price matching online or interstate stores. If the identical product can be purchased and delivered via an online or interstate store for a total price lower than the one we are offering, we will match that price.
• We reserve the right to make the final decision.
